DCEA President Honglu Wang Got Chrysler Group "Women of Color" Award

Chrysler Group technical business leaders received honors for their career achievements at the 15th Women of Color STEM Conference October 11-13 in Dallas, TX. The conference ensures that the achievements and importance of outstanding women of color in technical fields are highly visible to industry, government and students.

The annual conference is the only multi-cultural celebration held to honor the significant achievements of women in technology, annually recognizing the most innovative professionals in the STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) fields for their career accomplishments "despite the traditional obstacles faced by women in these fields."

Chrysler Group Award recipients were recognized in the category, Technology Rising Stars. Technology Rising Stars recipients are "young women who are helping to shape technology for the future." Those recipients were:
•Olabisi Boyle, Director, Engineering Planning, Chrysler Group LLC
•Gagan Mann, Manager, C-Segment Sedan Interiors
•Maria Murillo, Manager, Electrical Management
Honglu Wang, Project Engineer, Virtual Analysis
•Jie Jane Xia, System Engineer, ITM Product Design
