As our business continues to expand globally, we are growing our North American sales team and seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to support market development and customer engagement.
Position Overview
The Sales Engineer will drive business growth by developing customer relationships, identifying new design opportunities, and supporting design-in and design-win activities across the U.S. market. This role requires a combination of technical understanding, business development capability, and strong customer engagement skills.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Successful candidates will build and manage strategic customer accounts, identify high-value design opportunities, and develop a strong sales pipeline in targeted industry segments. Working closely with Field Application Engineers (FAEs), distributors, and product teams, you will convert technical engagement into long-term customer partnerships and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and execute the company’s sales strategy in the U.S. market.
• Develop and manage relationships with OEM customers, Tier-1 suppliers, and distribution partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence across key industry segments.
• Support design-in and design-win activities in collaboration with FAE and product teams.
• Manage distributor relationships and coordinate channel sales initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and supply chain conditions.
• Provide regular market intelligence, sales forecasts, and customer feedback to headquarters.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, technical discussions, and industry events.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Communications Engineering, or related technical fields.
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor or electronic component sales.
• Experience with power management ICs, driver ICs, signal chain products, or related semiconductor technologies preferred.
• Established relationships with OEMs, EMS companies, or distribution partners are a strong advantage.
• Strong technical understanding combined with business development and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects effectively.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory (approximately 30–50% travel).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not required.

Experience in one or more of the following markets is highly desirable:

- 向总部提供销售预测及市场信息反馈。

三、任职资格
- 电子工程、微电子、通信工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 3年以上半导体或电子元器件销售经验。
- 熟悉电源管理芯片、驱动芯片、信号链产品或相关半导体器件者优先。
- 具备与OEM客户、EMS企业或分销渠道合作经验者优先。
- 具备较好的技术理解能力及市场拓展能力。
- 具有良好的沟通表达能力及客户关系管理能力。
- 能够同时管理多个客户项目及销售机会。
- 能够接受一定比例的区域出差(约30%–50%)。
- 具备在美国合法工作的身份。
- 英语听说读写流利;会中文者优先。
